Delivery Information

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 days inside Dhaka, 3-7 days outside Dhaka.
• We strive for early delivery; however, delivery times may be slightly delayed due to technical issues.

Product Replacement Policy

• If you order the wrong sizes product, the replacement charges are:
  • 100 Taka for each Men’s T-Shirts.
  • 200 Taka for each Kid’s T-Shirts.
  • 250 Taka for each Full Sleeve T-Shirts.
  • Plus applicable delivery charges.
• If we mistakenly send the wrong product, no exchange charge will be applied.
• No exchanges will be accepted if the product has been washed or over used.
• A maximum of 3 t-shirts can be replaced.
• Exchange requests must be submitted to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  

Product Color Disclaimer

• T-shirt colors might not be identical to the pictures on the website. We source fabrics from various markets, and the exact color shade may not always be available.

Size Chart

• Please check the size chart before placing an order. The size chart link is provided just after the product title and is included in every product description. Tee World is not responsible if someone orders the wrong size.

Special Discounts

• Our special discounts start from orders of 2 pieces.
  • For 5 pieces, you will receive up to a 20% discount.
  • For 8 pieces, you will receive a 20% discount plus free delivery.

Payment Methods

• You can pay through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
• For orders of more than 10 pieces, a minimum 50% advance payment is required. For more details, please contact us via Messenger or WhatsApp.

Order Cancellation Policy

• If we notice that you do not have a good product receiving history with courier companies, we may cancel your order. You will be notified via email.

Washing Instructions

• Washing instructions are provided in every product description, in the order completion email, and on the back side of the T-shirt hang tag.
