Return/Exchange Period: You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
• No exchanges will be accepted if the product has been washed or overused.

Replacement Charges (Size Issues): If you ordered the wrong size, the following replacement handling fees apply:

• Men’s T-Shirts: 100 Taka
• Kid’s T-Shirts: 200 Taka
• Full Sleeve T-Shirts: 250 Taka
• Hoodies: 350 Taka
• Note: Applicable delivery charges will be added.

Wrong Product Sent by Us: If we mistakenly send the wrong product, size, or a defective item, we will replace it free of cost. No exchange or delivery charge will be applied.

Refund Policy: Currently, we offer product replacements only. We do not provide cash refunds unless the product is out of stock.
