Replacement Charge
Due to the wide variety of our t-shirt designs, offering over 7,000 unique variations, it’s not practical to keep every product in stock. Instead, we custom-make each t-shirt once an order is placed. However, when a customer requests an exchange due to ordering the wrong size, the returned items often go unsold—only about 10% of men’s t-shirts are reordered, while kids’ and full sleeve t-shirts see no further demand. This leaves us with unsellable inventory that we eventually donate. To cover these costs and keep our business sustainable, we charge a modest replacement fee in addition to delivery charges, as outlined in our policy: 100 Taka for men’s t-shirts, 200 Taka for kids’ t-shirts, 250 Taka for full sleeve t-shirts, and 350 Taka for hoodies.
Additionally, we require full payment—including the replacement fee and delivery charges—to be made in advance via bKash after confirming the exchange. This ensures a smooth process, as some customers initially agree to the fee but later refuse to pay when the delivery person arrives, leading to disputes. By requiring advance payment, we avoid these issues and maintain efficient operations while continuing to provide quality service.
